Perimenopause Care in Alabama, Texas and Florida
Dr. Massinople is licensed to practice medicine in Alabama, Texas and Florida. If you live in one of those three states, you can become a patient. Care is delivered by telehealth, so where you are inside the state does not matter.
Why telehealth suits this work
Perimenopause care is mostly conversation, interpretation and adjustment over time. It is history, lab results, and the ongoing work of changing things and seeing what happens.
Very little of it requires being in a room, and the things that do, blood draws in particular, are done locally and sent on. What telehealth removes is the drive, the waiting room, and the practical difficulty of keeping up regular appointments around a job and a family.
It also means a woman in rural Alabama has the same access as one in Houston, which is not true of most functional medicine practices.
If you live somewhere else
Licensing is state by state, so one-to-one care is limited to those three states. That is a legal boundary rather than a preference.
Elevated Foundations exists for exactly this reason. It is a physician-designed membership with live monthly teaching, open to women anywhere in the country. It is education and coaching rather than individual medical care, which is what allows it to cross state lines. More on how it works.
What working together looks like
It starts with a discovery call, which is a short conversation about your history and what you are trying to sort out, and an honest answer about whether this practice is the right fit. Not everyone is a fit, and it is better to find that out in twenty minutes than three months in.
The practice does not bill insurance. That is what makes the longer appointments possible, and it is worth knowing before you book rather than after.
